Refund policy

As this is a wholesale purchase, returns will only be accepted if there has been an error in the order. No exchanges will be made due to size or preference of the garments.
If an error has been made, you must send an email to victor@premiumvintagewholesale.com with the order number and an explanation of the error, including photos.
If the return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have verified that the products received are in the same condition as when they were sent, we will proceed to refund the amount, excluding all shipping costs.
The return conditions may change if agreed with the customer.
