How long do shipments take?

Shipping time varies depending on the destination.
For shipments to Spain, it takes 3-5 business days with the Correos shipping company.

Are returns accepted?

As this is a wholesale purchase, returns will only be accepted if there has been an error in the order. No changes will be made due to size or preference of the garments.
If an error has been made, you must send an email to victor@premiumvintagewholesale.com with the order number and an explanation of the error, including photos.
If the return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have verified that the products received are in the same condition as when they were sent, we will proceed to refund the amount, excluding all shipping costs.
The return conditions may change if agreed with the customer.

 

Is the clothing original?

All the garments we sell are original.
We carry out strict checks to ensure this, as we know that this product is often used for resale.

 

Is the clothing secondhand?

All the clothing we sell is second-hand. It has been worn before, but that doesn't mean it's in poor condition.
Most categories include GRADE A garments, meaning they are in good condition and may only have minor imperfections.

The GRADE B category (which is only available from time to time) contains products that have more noticeable imperfections. Despite this, they can be sold perfectly well and offer good profits, as their cost is much lower.

 

Can I earn money by selling your clothes?

Yes, absolutely. That's exactly what we're looking for, and we choose products and lots that you can make money from. We were Vinted resellers and we understand the market's needs perfectly.

 

How much money can I earn by selling your clothes?

You can make a profit with all of our lots.
This profit can vary between 50% and 300%, and depends greatly on each individual.

If you manage to take attractive photos and make the most of your products, you will make more profit.

 

Do I have to pay taxes or customs duties?

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you will not have to pay any additional taxes. If you are purchasing from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import taxes or other customs charges.
